Think about it: do you ever care THAT much about what somebody else is doing? No, you’re too busy focused on yourself, just like everybody else. Even if someone makes a mean comment or judges you or rejects you in some way, you’ll be gone from their mind eventually. 

And also, if you’re not gone from their mind – who cares? What impact does it actually play in your life besides you worrying about it?

But with all that said, I know it’s easier said than done to just not care what others think and be confident no matter than circumstance or potential outcomes. It takes practice, and it takes genuinely valuing and appreciating who you really are – regardless of other people’s opinions.

So, here are some tips and tools for building up your confidence day by day. 

1. Acknowledge Your Worth: A great first step towards boosting self-esteem and confidence is recognizing your own worth. Often times, we tend to focus on our flaws and shortcomings, but it’s important to also acknowledge our strengths and what makes us unique.
